Oh man, I took so many photos of this ornament—and I don't like a single one.
The truth is, the ornament simply isn't tied very well. The picots are uneven and often too small. None of the photos capture what I had imagined.
I'm publishing the pattern anyway, because it is good. Just my execution sucks. Tatting doesn't always have to be perfect. Life doesn't have to be perfect. I don't have to be perfect, and neither do you.
I had so much fun playing with the beads, and I love the finished ornament just the way it is.
